CLUB TEAMS

The Head of Football Development Manager shall appoint a Team Manager to be responsible for each of the Club’s football teams. The appointed Team Manager (FDM) shall be responsible for managing the affairs of the team.

a. The appointment of Assistant Manager, coach/physio shall be the responsibility of the relevant FDM and must follow the clubs recruitment policy of coaches/volunteers (forms available from the Club Secretary) and approved by the Head of Football Development whose decision shall be final (subject to issues of misconduct to which the Executive Committee may resolve).No such appointment is approved prior to all the necessary documents, qualifications, checks being completed.

b. Public liability insurance cover for all players/club officials will be undertaken by the Club.
